After more than 25 years in IT, I wanted to put that experience to work closer to home, for people I can actually sit down with. AI and automation are moving fast, and it's hard to know what's worth your time, so I want to be the person who tells you plainly what will help and what won't. My favorite part of the job is the moment it clicks, when someone stops fighting their tools and starts getting time back.
We start with people, not products. Before recommending anything, we listen to how you work or live, what's getting in the way, and what you'd like to be different. The right answer is sometimes a new tool, sometimes a better way to use one you already have, and sometimes a simple fix.
We explain what we're doing and why, in plain language. You should come away understanding your tools better, not more confused. And when something needs attention later, we're still here.
I'm Joel, the person behind Klarotech. I served eight years in the military, where IT was part of my job, and I've worked in IT for more than 25 years, in the United States and overseas.
Today I help small businesses and households look at the tasks that fill their day and find simpler ways to handle them. Sometimes that's a better process, sometimes plain automation, and sometimes a carefully chosen AI tool. Whatever it is, I explain it in plain language and make sure it fits how you actually work.
