Wi-Fi troubleshooting
Dead spots, dropped connections or a network that's slower than it should be. We'll help work out why and what can be done.
Device setup
A new computer, phone, tablet or printer. We'll help you get it set up and working the way you want.
3 · Helping you feel confident
Practical guidance using your devices and AI tools.
We explain things patiently, at your pace, and in plain language. That includes AI tools: what they're good for, where they can get things wrong, and how to use them sensibly. If you'd rather not use them at all, that's fine too.
4 · Keeping things working
Friendly support when you need a hand.
Once things are set up, you can come back to us when something new comes up or you want a refresher. After your free session, help is $50 an hour, booked whenever you need it. We'll talk through what makes sense for you on the call.
