When you contact Klarotech, we use the details you provide to respond to your request and discuss the work you need.
Enquiry information
The contact form collects your name, your email address or phone number, your chosen service, any discovery-session or fixed-price request, and your message. You may also provide your location and preferred timing. Requests are saved in a private enquiry tracker, and enquiry notifications are sent to Klarotech by email.
Please leave passwords, payment details, and sensitive personal information out of your message. To ask about your information or request its removal, email jms@klarotech.com.
Website chat
If you use website chat, your messages and any name or contact details you choose to share are saved on Klarotech's server and sent to Klarotech through Telegram so we can reply. You do not need a Telegram account. A necessary browser cookie keeps your conversation connected when you move between pages or return to the site.
Website chat records are kept in our chat service for up to 30 days. Copies delivered to Telegram are handled under Telegram's privacy policy and may remain in Klarotech's Telegram inbox. This browser chat is not a Signal conversation or a Telegram Secret Chat.
You can leave an email address or phone number if you would like us to follow up after you leave the website. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal information. To ask us to remove your chat information, email jms@klarotech.com.

We also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site. Clarity records anonymized sessions, including clicks, scrolling, and page views, and may use cookies; form fields are masked. Learn more in Microsoft's privacy statement and Google's privacy policy.
This website uses Meta and OpenAI advertising measurement tools to help understand visits, clicks to Amazon, and successful enquiries and discovery-session requests. These tools may process browser, device, page-visit, and advertising interaction information. Custom enquiry and discovery-request events contain only a service category or discovery-request label. They do not include your name, contact details, business details, or message. A discovery request is not recorded as a confirmed booking.
