Involve & train

Before implementation, we hold “AI That Works With Your Team.” This introduction workshop explains the project, invites questions, and gives employees a role in shaping the work.

• Discuss the real project goals, AI’s limitations, and where people remain responsible.
• Hear suggestions and concerns, including how the proposed change affects daily work.
• Agree on privacy, appropriate use, testing, and hands-on training.

Paid · agreed solution

Implement

We configure or build the agreed solution and test it with the people who will use it. The project includes documentation and practical training, with human review for important outputs.

• Confirm access controls and use only the data needed for the task.
• Test realistic scenarios with staff and address problems before rollout.
• Document how the workflow works, who owns decisions, and how to raise issues.

Measure & improve

We compare results with the baseline and listen to the team. Useful measures include time spent, output quality, employee confidence, customer experience, and business outcomes.

• Label estimates as estimates and record the limits of the available evidence.
• Refine the workflow and training around what is working in practice.
• Agree on any ongoing support, response expectations, and further work.
