AI Business Discovery Session
A conversation about your business, team, tools, and repetitive or frustrating work. We’ll explore what employees would most welcome and what concerns you have.
You receive a short verbal summary of promising areas and, when appropriate, an invitation to a paid assessment. This is not a full audit or a guarantee of savings.
Paid engagement · scope agreed first
AI Business Workflow Assessment
We map relevant workflows and speak with leadership and employees with appropriate permission. A written report sets out the current process, pain points, baseline assumptions, and ranked opportunities.
Recommendations cover process changes, AI or automation options, data access, privacy, employee training, likely benefits, uncertainty, and next steps.
Implementation · proposed individually
Build with the people using it
Every implementation starts with a team introduction workshop before tools are rolled out. We build or configure the agreed solution, test it with staff, document the workflow, and provide hands-on training.
People review important outputs and decisions. We agree on access, appropriate data use, and a way to raise concerns before implementation.
Ongoing support · agreed scope
Improve as you learn
Follow-up training, troubleshooting, workflow tuning, and measurement help the team keep improving. We compare results with the starting point and revisit what needs attention.
We agree on the support you need, how we’ll respond, and the cost before the engagement starts.
Clear proposals before paid work.
The discovery session is free. Assessment, implementation, and ongoing consulting are paid services, with scope and pricing agreed before work starts. The hourly rates for our other technology services are separate from these consulting engagements.

The right change
starts with the right questions.
AI is one option. A clearer handoff, a better checklist, or ordinary automation may solve the problem more simply. We look at the process before recommending software.
